Booked a king suite, not king room and got 2 single beds pushed up together. Sheet, then doona and the another sheet tha just all came apart. Overall for the price a really bad experience and tired and old rooms.

Room was quiet. Spa bath in room. Heating was my only downfall in room. It was programmed to a certain level and couldn’t be changed. I followed the instructions and it still said it was locked. I loved the hotel. I’ll stay there again

The staff could be more friendly, my son is a professional pianist, when he asked if he can play the piano in the lobby, he didn’t give us a nice response and was trying to limit him, so he eventually didn’t play at all. Also the swimming pool was not clean in terms of the germs on the walls. I took a few photos and showed them to the reception person. I’m happy to send the photos to you if it’s needed.
