While the price was good/cheap ($99) the room itself was not very clean. Dusty and there was some rubbish left in the bathroom sink. The location is excellent. I feel a deep clean was required. The room itself was pretty dirty. Lots of built up dust underneath furniture and appliances. The air con worked great, no issues there. Check-in was straight forward and easy. The location is great. 3 minute walk from Flinders and ease if access to Melbourne. It could use a bit of care, but you get what you pay for and it served its function as a short-term stay.
