A bit on the dirty side, clearly an old building underneath everything. Not especially secure entry. Swanston St is pretty noisy in the evening. But hey, it’s cheap.

Old dusty ac unit, bad quality pillows, dingy room - really has taken a downhill turn since my previous stay in ‘22 or ‘23. The room itself was cleaned well prior to my stay though the underlying surfaces and amenities in the room are quite dated and dingy. There was a mouse in the foyer as I checked out which really encapsulated the experience

This property was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was absolutely filthy and the amenities below standard. To pay just short of $500.00 for two nights and get a room in that condition is appalling. I would be ashamed to be associated with a property in that condition. It felt like a hallway house. Happy to share the photos.

For the price the motel was okay. The check out experience was horrible. An extremely rude and arrogant staff member. I returned keys saying good morning and they were snatched, no response or thank you or how was your stay. The ladt checking out before me received the same treatment More respect was shown from the safebox. I would be definitely getting rid of this worker. I won't use this accommodation again and will advise friends to definitely give it a miss too.

The room was disgusting thick dust all over the carpet rubbish under beds, bathroom riddled with mould. As soon as you open the door it smelt like an ashtray. Should have looked at reviews before booking my mistake. Lucky we were not robbed like others. Window broken and barely hanging on, grime all over bathroom tiles and hair all over the place

The room I stayed in was a disgraceful mess. The guy on the reception desk was a lazy P---- and refused to replace a light bulb in the room. A BLOODY LIGHT BULB. Did not give a Rats Ar--. Did not care to the point of being a smart AR--. The place was filthy. Response....Too bad. There were feral cretins right outside my room who decided to turn on their ghetto blaster full on at 12.00am. I called the police after repeatedly trying to call THIS HOTELS VERSION OF SECURITY. TOTAL FBS. How disgracefully LAX. The fire stairs are a disgraceful rubbish tip.If you want photos let me know but somehow I don't think you have the BA--S. to face the truth. Try giving me my money back. What!!! NO!! I didn't think so.

The tariff for the room was excessive based on the very poor maintenance of the room ie. bathroom tiles round the bath/shower, the side of the vanity cupboard rotting, a toaster was supplied but no knife or plate for your use. Etc, etc.

Very old and worn out hotel. Very average room and certainly not clean or comfortable. Bed sheets was the only nice thing, although bed and pillows were not modern or comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location for everything you might need and is cheap. My stay was fine but the cleaning needs to be done thoroughly to bring it up to a reasonable standard. The bathroom and toilet needed a good scrub. Dishes had to be washed in the bathroom basin but no cleaning equipment provided. I bought my own detergent and cloths as well as a coffee mug, bowl, and utensils as there were only 2 cups and one teaspoon provided. It was quiet in my room, which was great for sleeping at night, and the bed was comfy with clean bedding. No mattress protector though. I appreciated being able to access Netflix on the TV, and it was good to have tea, coffee and milk provided.

The motel is very well located, but the conditions are very poor. The only thing I think was clean was the bathroom and the sheets, nothing else. The carpet and my furniture are in terrible condition.

The location is great. However, I hope the things in the rooms will be more updated. All are working well, just that the AC was too loud and there was a lingering cigarette smell in the room when we checked in. I would come back but hopefully it’d be better next time.
