Old dusty ac unit, bad quality pillows, dingy room - really has taken a downhill turn since my previous stay in ‘22 or ‘23. The room itself was cleaned well prior to my stay though the underlying surfaces and amenities in the room are quite dated and dingy. There was a mouse in the foyer as I checked out which really encapsulated the experience

This particular room was excellent in every way. Other rooms can vary in condition, such as, do all power points and air conditioner work?

The only thing good was a comfy bed and location. My room's carpet had not been vacuumed (food on floor), fridge not cleaned (food left in fridge and dirty glasses), microwave filthy. The bathroom sink tap was not attached to basin, toilet seat extremely loose and mould around sink and shower wet areas.

It was shocking to see at first, unlike advertise pictures. The room was a small cage size with an extremely dirty window with hard to see anything outside. Noise outside with a noisy heater hard to let you sleep. Small dirty fridge and not to mention a very dirty carpet with clear dusty edges. I wasn't expecting hilton but felt like a chicken cage. I consider leave but too late to look a new one late time of the day. There was a fire test, so I tried to use dirty fire stairs and stuck as the outside door was locked. I could burn to death if there was a fire. I called reception to rescue me. I came later, and the outside door was locked. I was advised to use code on key tag that was almost erased, not able to read. My advise stay away

Unfortunately for the price paid $302, the room did not measure up. Disappointed that the shower nozzle, basin tap & toilet seat were all loose/missing.

This was the most dirties place I’ve ever stayed in. Mould in the bathroom dirty ripped carpet. No heating or cooling no blankets paper thin pillows TV didn’t work. Reception very unfriendly Do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs.

Overpriced, room extremely basic ,only one tea cup supplied, bed hard , noisy , very old needs upgrading. Would not recommend. Only good point was location. Poor service on check in , had to wait check in person unhelpful , rude. No after hours desk service.

The entry to the property was full of litter. The entry door was supposed to lock after hours but we were able to entre at 10.30pm without using the code. The room was dirty. The window was so dirty you could not see out of it. The window sill was full of dirt and dust. I closed the curtains so I did not have to look at it and dust fell from the curtains. There were many stains all across the carpet. There was a christmas cushion on the bed that was stained. The pillows were flat. There might as well not have been any pillows they were so flat. There was mould in the grout in the bathroom and all over the shower curtain. The room was right at the door to the lift. The lifts are quite noisy.

Property was within walking distance to shops and MCG. Linen was clean. Bedroom was dirty and shower was covered in mold. Room smelt like bleach and the smell remained overnight. Didn't use the bathroom facilities and I would not stay there again.

Single room

Several power points had broken switches and were u/s. Broken draws and carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed. Toilet hard to use due to limited space between it and the bathroom door.
