Customer service is in a league of its own, the staff are all happy, professional and welcoming, from the reception staff to the staff working in the bistro. Great location and easy to get around. The rooms are starting to show their age though, especially the bathrooms, however great hotel and will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with river and south bank views. Super comfortable and spacious. Awesome cafe/restaurant and really lovely buffet breakfast. Convenient location with trams right at the front door. Would definitely stay again!
