Our first night stay the service was great. The room was great. The next weekend nights that stay we got there too early as we showed up when we got off of our cruise ship forgetting that check-in wasn’t until 3 in the afternoon. The woman that was working was very rude to us. She was also terrible to a disabled veteran with mental issues and seemed very proud of herself for the way she was behaving. Honestly it made me sick to watch. I was thankful when the other woman showed up that was there the previous weekend when we stayed before our cruise started. She went and got our room ready so we didn’t have to keep waiting outside. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the rest of the day and evening.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Dreams . The staff , especially Gloria the manager, was so helpful . After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect .

Unfortunately the room booked was infested with mold which lead to me getting seriously ill during my trip. I was highly disappointed on how the situation was handled by staff but nevertheless I was able to turn a negative into a positive by staying at another hotel.

I booked this room thinking it was close t Old San Juan, it was not. There was only 1 restaurant within walking distance and the neighborhood did not appear to be the safest.The room was bare one bed had not been changed prior to our arrival it had old hair in it. The receptionist did change it for us right away. also the receptionist with the dark hair yelled at us from the moment we pulled in because I wasnt parking correctly?? Not friendly It was a clean basic room but the door lock was not very secure I would pass if you have other options.

Rented 2 rooms and they only had us down for 1. Good thing I had my receipt. Walked in room and it had damp smell, no soap, cold water to shower. Overall wasn't happy with the room. No parking even though they say there is. Not worth the money they charge.
