The room had a toilet leak, and dirty towels. The dish cable box was broken and the condition of the room felt not truly cared for. Not as I expected.
I was reassigned to the second floor right above the original room, the towels were dirty and cable box still broken. The rooms are smaller than pictured. The rooms also have a smell but it’s due to the structure being old I’m sure. My door didn’t close fully because of the insulation strips protecting the wood frame which didn’t feel safe at the time.
Within an hour and a half I checked out- mainly because it took an hour to find another room.
The front desk was so helpful I almost wanted to stay - I was told the manager would likely refund me at least for the full next day I didn’t even stay. I have yet to hear from management. The front desk called the next day to ask if I even checked out.
Management it truly dropping the ball with this location and the front staff is trying it’s best. I would not recommend a stay here if you care about the room. If you are there to just sleep and are on a budget- it will do the job. Bring towels and face cloths.
