Alexander & his staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and assist our needs with info & amenities. Alexander has a passion for his work. 10 out of 10, he made our visit at the Bali Hotel a dream come true. I greatly appreciate him for his hospitality and patience. The Bali Hotel was beautiful so was the beach area offered by the Bali Hotel. The only downfall was that the masseuse which was a man was looking at women in a unprofessional manner which discouraged my wife on getting a massage & made her feel uncomfortable. So she never booked an appointment & went elsewhere. Which I'm sure has nothing to do with the hotel.

Very tranquil environment with beautiful aesthetics. Friendly staff. No face towels my entire stay and there was a peculiar odor in the room initially but was significantly improved once the AC came on. Ample parking which is a huge plus. Would definitely return.
