Staff was wonderful. I did request a room on a higher floor prior to our trip. When we arrived we were on a lower floor. I spoke with the person checking us in and she said they did not take requests. So a little more communication would have been nice. Also guest were rude talking and yelling in hallways at 3-4 am. Also small children running and yelling in the hallways at late hours while people were sleeping.

The property was nice and clean. There is a lot of vegetation around the pool area that falls into the pool a lot, which I didn't care for. The drinks at the pool bar were not that great and very expensive. The food we did have was very good but expensive. Luckily, there is a grocery store within a 10-minute walk, so we stocked up on breakfast and snack items there. Overall, our stay was nice and relaxing.

1. The customer service was great. 2. The dining options were wonderful. 3. The rooms were spacious and the Oceanview was amazing. 4. Security was on point. - The pool could have been maintained better. - Seem the servers for the breakfast worked hard and did there best in providing the best guest experience. I was not happy with the service the last day. But I understood no fault to the server. Management could have been better at making sure things were running smooth.

We enjoyed the ocean view room and property overall with amenities. Housekeeping always left us fresh new water bottles daily. There were plenty of toiletries provided in the room in bulk size to use for your stay. The Beach restaurant needs to be open until 9-10 pm . It currently closes at 7 pm. We would have loved to have a meal beach side for the evening or even snacks later by the pool while soaking in the outdoor atmosphere. Pricing for food items are very high. The pools are beautiful, it would be even better if the hours were extended to 10-11pm , at least a portion of the pool and the hot tub alone until 11 pm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Almost everyone speaks English to you unless you wish to speak in Spanish! The breakfast was great, William our server was AMAZING! 10/10. The pool was great, they gave you bracelets as keys and your room card just to have. The slef parking is out in front, the lounge bar has great food, good live entertainment and the beach access is behind the hotel! The spa was great, calming and relaxing. I will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, and there's plenty of food options on the property. The beach was clean, private, and had soft white sand. The valet service was great. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.
