We really enjoyed this boutique little resort. Situated right on the beach, the ocean view rooms with the balconies are the way to go. Plenty of dining options including upscale menu at night and the food was excellent. The quiet vibe was appreciated and there was always a place at the pool. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Did not see the fine print on the Resort Fee of $45/day. You are right by the airport runway and will hear the planes take off from the pool and beach, but not the ocean facing rooms. As an aviation geek, I found it fun to track where the planes were headed.

Rude service. One specific waiter behaved rude and wrongly did unjustified complained about not tipping well. Checked into half remodeled suite to start with - hassle of room change. Friends traveled with us - their kid was bitten by bed-bugs and the staff made lot of drama to move them with kids stranded and scared to lay on bed. Dinner fine dining restaurant was good. Table tennis board was fun. The gym equipments were Ok. The entertainment staffs were fun.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. This is our 3rd time back. There is one staff member we look forward to seeing every year and that's Fernando at the pool. He has such high energy and a free spirit that it's always fun down by the pool. Looking forward to another stay when we return to P.R.
