Loved that it was right on the beach. The casino was fun. the pool/swim-up bar amazing. There was a lot of construction in the hotel, which was a bummer. Beautiful property otherwise. Service was a little laid back at times, but to be expected on an island, I guess. Overall, an amazing stay.

The nature and ocean made up for the service. I guess The rumors are true the staff is not very helpful and give off the feeling they are annoyed you are there. The energy from the staff is definitely off and not welcoming. The hotel was nice even though they had renovations going on at the time. The muffins in the cafe were stale and overpriced. The dinner at Siren was below average. The drinks were the best thing. I would Consider going back to PR but maybe staying at another location.

We had such a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bartenders were incredible. The Room was clean and housekeeping was awesome. The Ribeye Steak and the Margarita Pizza was off the wall. Fernando at the pool was quite enjoyable and attentive. “Thank You” We will definitely be back

Staying there was great but the fees was a surprise, I was only supposed to pay $250, when we arrived it was $500! They kept $400 of the deposit because they charge $25 a day for parking which we knew about, but then they had resort fees every day of $45 before tax. After 5 days it rounded up to them keeping $400. Also housekeeping threw away some of our souvenir’s. Other than those issues staying there was relaxing especially with the view of the beach. Just be aware of the fees!!
