I booked because we had an early flight the next day. Room is NOT soundproofed. You hear everything. The planes fly right overhead and you hear every noise along with all the most from the hallway. Decided to try the restaurant for dinner. Walked in, no one said anything so we seated ourselves. We watched the server help the next 4 couples that came in. Never once came to us. Finally went to bar and asked very politely if needed to order there. Guy seemed exasperated by my asking that. Said they were busy and would be with us shortly. Then watched the server help 2 other people who came in. Ended up walking out of the restaurant. Son was meeting us at hotel at 5am the next morning. Front desk have him our room key without verifying any info from him or us. The only reason I didn't give a 1 is because the lady who stored our luggage for us before we checked in was nice and helpful.

One of the most impressive hotels ss far as cleanliness. 4:00 check was tough. We got there at 10 am. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The lunch at the restaurant was very good.

Hard to control AC. Breakfast had no sweet breads, limited other, only good for hot food. Tiny paper coffee cupswith no lids.When I asked for a regular coffee cup was told it couldn't leave the room. Very inconvenient when trying to catch an early flight.
