The staff by the front desk needs to improve their customer service skills. The assigned me a room in the highest floor but I got lost because I had to change elevators and didnt know where to go. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for instructions. Once I get to the room it was not ready, it was dirty and the bed was not made. Had to go back down to the front desk, they didnt apologize for the issue and proceeded to give me another room. The restaurant was packed I took me 2 hours to get lunch and the price of that lunch was very close to the price of a night stay
