My husband and I had the most amazing time at El Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality it instantly felt like a little slice of paradise. The room was clean, stylish, and had a beautiful pool view that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The bed was super cozy, and we loved the little touches like the local coffee and high-quality toiletries. We left feeling totally recharged and already talking about our next trip back. If you're looking for a mix of comfort, great drinks, and a true Puerto Rican vibe, El Juan is the place.

I want to thank the staff - like Alejandra in the pool area service and the front desk people. However, I was miserable there due to the amount of cats on the ground. I can not believe the amount of cats that roam the place! I will say my allergies were not great due to that. Had I known that I would have not stayed there. I stepped on cat poop and when I told the management I did not even get an apology! This was 6 time in Puerto Rico and will not stop coming there but will stay at the Vanderbilt in Condado or else where.

We stayed at this property because our daughters wanted to see a big resort type hotel. We enjoyed our stay but the details around the property are tired, pool tiles missing, hallways dusty and dingy, weird smell in shopping mall area. The staff were all friendly. All in all we had a good time but not sure we would stay here again.

I loved the special attention to customers coming to the hotel with the text notifications of weather and events. I also loves the complimentary tote, fan, hat, and water bottle. I also loved the complimentary sunblock, aloe, and bug repellent.

We had a horrible experience.They did not provide the room type that I paid for. I paid for a King Room with balcony. They put us in a small room without a balcony, smaller than pictured bathroom, and next to the noisy elevator that made it very difficult to sleep. Also the disco/club had very loud music playing till 4am. I don’t understand why I didn’t get the room I purchased. Is it the hotel’s fault or Expedia?

Restaurants on property are amazing but pricely Stores and local dining options is walkable No need for a rental car, parking cost more per day then taking 4 ubers to most places. Room was extremely clean, the vibe of the hotel is Kind of upscale, gota bring your own party energy to the pool if thats the experience you want
