No complementary coffee plus they charge a fee %96 ,just because the room was never cleaned and I purchased a coffee at the bar and the employee try adding a tip with out my consent

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Resort Times Square. The location was absolutely perfect and made exploring New York so easy. Times Square, Broadway, shopping, restaurants, and so many attractions were all just steps away from the hotel. Our king room overlooking the pool was beautiful, modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt fun, relaxing, and upscale at the same time. One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the bars and restaurants. The margaritas were fantastic, the food was great, and every area of the hotel had such an upbeat and welcoming vibe. The rooftop was incredible with stunning city views, music, amazing drinks, and the perfect atmosphere at night after a busy day exploring Manhattan. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New York City

Asked waiter for a spoon at breakfast and he yelled back & pointed ,”they are over there”…. Embarrassing and they didn’t comp the meal & that waiter was working there the next morning…..

This hotel has an excellent location close to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway shows and more. The price was good considering the location. Unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge and the room was small for more than two people. The breakfast was disappointing. It was downstairs and you were only allowed one piece of fruit, one drink (O.J. or water) and a choice between an egg sandwich or a yogurt with granola and four blueberries. It felt cheap and only one person there was friendly You could stay upstairs and pay for a better sit down breakfast but I felt like we had paid enough for the hotel.

The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside. Our room also stank like urine and when we asked for a new room the new “clean” room had the lasts guests trash still there. If you enjoy smelling month old urine from many people stacked up and 10xed that’s stained into the concrete the you should stay here. No joke everything smells like urine here
