Very helpful friendly reception staff, cleaners were lovely and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only minor thing is the kitchen needs a pot in it, as well as the skillet.

The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet.

Very nice reception team and the room was very clean. However, the decor is dated, the furniture scratched. For a 2 bedroom appartment, there is only a sofa for 3 people. No water pressure, the shower is very weak. Convenient location.

Hotel needs an upgrade and new furniture

It’s about time that the hotel has an upgrade of furniture and curtains. The chairs are all in terrible conditions and they should be replaced. Curtains are dirty and shorter than the width of the window.

We stayed there twice during our 3-week visit to family in the area. Very convenient location in the Cheltenham shopping area, and close to the train station. We appreciated space to spread out and eat in the apartment. The underground parking is somewhat challenging for larger cars.

The studio apartment was a good size and the bed was very comfy. We only stayed the one night and really liked the fact that there were several eateries walking distance so it was great to be able to just stroll to have our dinner and breakfast.
