I’d give it a 2.5 but everything was decent until I noticed that the floor smelled like pet urine And when I looked at my feet after showering they were black from how dirty the carpet was And the tub was nice but the steam from it made the smell come out more

Ac leaked, bathroom light did not turn on, and staff was not the most helpful. Sad because we stayed here before and now it’s not the same. Very disappointed in how this place has become.

Room was in okay condition it definitely was clean, but. Here is what I suggest having an iron with iron board in the room. Upgrading the pillows and maybe the beds. Area seem a little sketchy but for the price it was great. Very well lit in the parking lot. But the property has a lot of potential. I checked in around 10pm a male at front desk was very nice and very welcoming. I hope you guys can invest for more comfort in the rooms. But over all good price for what I got. Which is why I rated a 3. Is obvious that with upgrades done price will go up. But rooting for you guys.

There were people loitering around, evidence of possible prostitution and drug activity. Do not stay here. Room smelled very strong of cigarettes and there was a strong marijuana smell in the inside hallways. Very gross.

Staff was polite. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were immediately brought to our room. Our room had leaking from the room above and they immediately offered to move us to a similar room. The quality of the room was pretty poor. While clean enough, every thing was in pretty poor condition from the room structures, the linens, the towels, the microwave etc. I would not stay here again unless everything was completely remodeled.

Hot water was limited at times, coffee maker didn't work. Had multiple issues w the card keys. Saw a couple check out & get a refund for "bugs". Vending machines didnt take card. I didnt even get a "do not disturb" knob sign. Other than that decent enough for me to check in again.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! problems on top of problems bed felt like cardboard pillows felt like plastic dirty room blood on some blankets towels full of grease carpet ripped off i recommend pay the extra and getting a way better hotel it seemed like they sold drugs out of this place
