We had a wonderful stay at Ayres. Their breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. No complaints at all. We were able to walk to Angels Stadium, which was very convenient.

The property is a little dated. However, it is extremely clean, and the staff are super nice. Anaheim is not exactly the safest place, but this hotel has a great location within the area.

Baseball travel

My friend and I were traveling to see the Angels as part of our trip. This hotel is both very nice and a 10 minute walk to the baseball park. The room was nice and clean. The hot tub was good and a hot breakfast was available and good. I would stay here and recommend this to anyone traveling to Anaheim especially going to a game. You do have to pay for parking but it's secure and you do have in and out privileges. Keep your car at the hotel rather than paying for parking twice. Staff were great as well.

This is a great hotel. Something I found on a whim and I would definitely stay here again. Very nice rooms and great location. We walked to the Angel Stadium.

It was a great stay while we went to Disneyland. However, they have this system in the rooms where the power is only on when you put your room card in a slot on the wall. When we entered our room it was 78 ° and super muggy. It took a couple hours for it to get to good temperature with the air conditioning. It wasn't until about 5 hours later. It finally reached 70° which was our preferred temperature. The breakfast was good. After spending the whole day at Disney The room warmed up again but not quite as high to 75°... . This really was an annoying issue but overall it was okay.
