We loved our stay at Public, the hotel is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us. It’s in a great location, we were able to walk most of the trip. I do wish they had better parking options at the hotel.

Had to be flashing my hotel card key everywhere I went, so they know I was a guest. Lots of construction going outside. I couldn’t sleep. Noisy area. Breakfast sucks.

Amazingly safe, great location, clean, friendly and fast front desk and bellmen/doormen. Housekeeping was super fast and responsive. Greatest location for Theater District near tons of restaurants and close to both Upper West and Eastside and Central Park and most importantly the E and C subway lines. It's amazing!

Hotel was rundown dirty small I’ll never stay there again

The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!
