Watered down but not Wet and inconvenience —Alamak

We stay here because of the hot . We were advised a few days earlier it was out of service and wud have a nearby hotel to go to …I responded for the inconvenience and asked as a gesture good will to include breakfast … no response . when we arrived we were told to use the hot tub across the hotel street … but it wasn’t directly across the street and we took a longer route which aggravated our desire to relax in the Hot tub … Ho Gik say …. And we were also not offered bath robes … … After we got back the hot water in the room was stuck and it took a few minutes to getting … meanwhile the chlorine from the hot tub was making my skin itchy …

The property listed that they had construction at the pool and hot tub area until May 9th. We arrived on May 10th, and the hot tub was still under construction, which looks like it will take a couple of weeks to be resolved. This was not mentioned when we booked the stay... not a great surprise at all...

Great stay, right by the village! Highly recommend

Was great for what we needed! The price was great compared to other hotels in the area, actually we expected it to be a dive, but its decently new and well maintained. The lobby was bright and nice to hang out in, and overall we would 100% stay here again. A couple minor complaints were that you had to pay for the coffee in the lobby and the rooms weren't very soundproof. My sister is super high maintenance and the only thing she complained about was the paid parking.

Noisy hotel

The original construction of the hotel must’ve been with pretty poor materials. The walls were very thin, we could hear noises from above and beside us and in the hallway. It did not help sleep. In addition, the bed was quite hard.
