Beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Great staff…were all helpful and polite. Clean, comfortable room. Nicest bar area in Ventura. Food was very good. We were married at the Mission 25 years ago and had our reception on the top floor of the hotel when it revolved.

Good Value? Questionable.

We expected more for over $300/night. The location is nice, on the water and walkable to Main Street. Beach is rocky and water is dirty. Lots of squirrels and birds on the beach. Great walking path. Note, paid self park is located in a parking structure next door and not on the property. We had problems with wifi, cable, and our keys. The room was listed as ocean view but it was really a partial ocean view. Balcony was small with metal folding chairs. Bed was comfortable, but walls and ceiling are very thin. We could hear the freeway, train, restaurant customers, and music from several floors up. Once everything settled, you could also hear the ocean. Water pressure and hot temp was terrible and bathroom could use some touch ups. Shower only, no bathtub. No hot tub, only a pool. Adding breakfast was a great value and restaurant staff are very friendly. Note, your voucher doesn't cover all entrees on the menu, you may have to pay a portion of the cost. Side door which requires a key card to enter didn't close well and we did notice an unhoused person sitting in a booth charging a phone and taking a nap. He wasn't bothering anyone but we did notice he was there most of the day. Depends on what you value, this may or may not be a good fit for you. Overall, we would probably stay here again.

Nice hotel near downtown Ventura and the beach. Valet parking, at a reasonable price. Easily walkable to downtown and the beach, as well as the boardwalk. Several restaurants nearby. Downside - barn door for the bathroom, so your partner can hear and smell everything going on inside and the light wakes up your partner at night. Please hotels! Stop using the barndoor set up for the bathrooms.

Staff was fantastic , as always . There was a huge party on top floor directly above us that was extremely loud into the night but you know what you only live once so good for them !! My favorite place to stay hands down.

No hot tub and the suites hv only one bathroom in bedroom, guest in living room has to interrupt you by coming in bedroom to use it, they should’ve had the bathroom in main area for all to use.
