Travelled driving for 4 hours get there at 2 pm system wasn’t working , said too wait till 330 - 4 pm not a problem , beautiful scenery. Get back at 5 p m !! Oh we’re really sorry come back . You get the point . Terrible marketing strategy too spend more money waiting , like they have an arcade and games 15 feet away from the front desk . Kind of smart . Just terrible . Waited till 5:45 p m . With zero empathy

Very unhappy with breakfast buffet at Hemispheres. The quality is not as it once was, the price per person has gone up, up charges for juice and 18% gratuity added to bill that is listed as a tax. The pancakes were so thin (like crepes) that they hardened in the chafing dishes, French toast tasted like stale bread and we all know when you travel with kids they eat what’s familiar.. Total fail!
