Hotel looks great, and is in good condition. The beach and pool is good. Restaurant/bar by the pool was good. The Italian restaurant was only so-so given the price. The hotel is walkable to the center of Fort Myers Beach, but just far enough away to avoid crowds and noise.

One of the best resorts that I have stayed in! Food options are great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The trolley will take you to near by attractions and restaurants for free! The beach is fantastic with no issues getting a chair (which is no charge). Pools are just as great!

Very Nice Property with the right attitude.

Really solid family oriented resort. Peak school vacation meant a lot of children, but the vibe was super friendly and the staff delivered a high service level. Not much negative to say except that housekeeping didn’t come by after we answered a text requesting a room refresh. We might have been a little old to fully appreciate the resort.

Will you checked and my son broke out in a rash from the bedThey did come out and change the bed after 3 calls an 6 hours. After that, my children were treated like c*** Trying to order food when i wasnt around. everything you do order is Almost by double for gratitude and delivery so dont have it delivered to your room, everything is cashless.but they don't even talk to you about at check-in or even on their website. Also, if you want to do laundry, make sure you bring coins, which makes no sense because again they tell you.It's a cashless place. The staff is very rude and the food was terrible to top it off. Well the pizza was good i will say that.
