1 cup in the family room. Loud area of the hotel for families (room 109). Window coverings that let in light even when closed. Loading zone right outside. We were awoken at 2:30am by a commotion of someone arriving. Need to have a phone number posted on back doors since a key is required for entry. We accidentally followed a car in not knowing we'd be locked in the parking lot with no way out. Icing on the cake was the vomit right outside the front door to the hotel when we were checking out. We'll never be back.

This property was fine. Things that were good, price is good, it includes breakfast, is close to Disneyland and close to all shopping and stores. Things but so great, breakfast was not that good. Could be much better. The rooms are spacious but old. They only have body wash and a conditioning shampoo, no actual conditioner. The towels are kid sized and old. This is just a sub par hotel. Parking was cheap which was nice. Would I stay here again, yes. But don’t expect too much. Just average.

There was no hot water in both rooms, lukewarm water was the best i was able to get....empty lotion bottle. I called in advance to make arrangements to have 3 rooms on the 1st floor next to each other. I was told they would be making note of it and should not be an issue. The day of check in a young man was smiling as he told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. The rooms were assigned but one of them was on the 3rd floor. He said he would speak to his manager but i never heard from anyone.
