Beautiful stay during the Thanksgiving Holiday, was able to walk over to the beach with family and see the sunset and dolphins! Room was spacious and fit us comfortably even with a toddler. The service was wonderful, they brought us a packNplay with soap/lotion for the toddler and a soft blanket. The food was also delicious, we did the Thanksgiving buffet and the variety and desserts were the best! Excited for our next stay!

I love the hotel, did not give excellent because their restaurants need improvement: service was slow, they were understaffed and unprofessional.

Our stay at this hotel resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by excellent and friendly staff who made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. The beautiful views from the property created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway, and the resort offered amenities galore, ensuring there was always something to enjoy. One of the highlights was the special touch with robes available in the room—an unexpected luxury that made winding down even more enjoyable. Great resort with a nice pool, bridge for convenient beach access, beautiful gym. If you are bringing a car, the valet parking gets pricey, and other parking options are challenging. Overall, we loved staying there.

The service at this hotel was excellent. As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the front door and they were so great at taking our luggage right away and directing us to the front desk. The front desk was outstanding from checking to checking out. They really do hire the best people to care for their customers. I have stayed at a lot hotels and I will say they were amazing. Even the maids that dropped off extra pillows. They were so quick to respond. It’s great to have such an amazing staff that makes your stay exceptional. Thanks and definitely will be back again soon.
Definitely recommend this hotel. 10 plus in service while I was there.
