It was fine, but the reception seemed like it was a bother to ask questions, or question fees for early check in. Most casinos if the rooms are available will get you in your room. It was also the smokiest casino I have been in a long time. The place felt very worn and tired. The food was not awful, but not great. Overall average and not high on my casino list.

The hotel is nice, BUT as soon as you leave to enter the hall entrance to the Casino. The smell of cigarette smoke takes you away. IT'S HORRIBLE. This ruins your experience. This is unhealthy that non-smokers are subjected to smoke especially this day and age.

Only 1 ice machine for 5 floors several times went by the front desk and there was no clerk there. Cslled prior to arrival and asked if they could suggest anything special to do for my Aunts 60th birthday and they simply said no. No place in the hotel to grab a bite to eat had to walk through the smokey casino to the restaurants

The gambling was fun and machines were paying out. Clean areas all around. Friendly check-in and very helpful with wheelchair I needed to get around. The drawback was the hotel room itself. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on! It was like sleeping in quicksand. Kept sinking and bed was too low and the other too high. 3ft! No bureau, not table or chairs to eat, and only one chair to watch tv. For a handicap bathroom, the toilet was too low. MUCH TOO FAR to get to and from room to the casino area! No one to help with luggage to room checking in or out. And no restaurants that serve breakfast, and no room service available. Thank goodness for Dunkin Donuts in the casino area! Valet was very cooperating and helpful. Subway in food court was outrageously priced and very, very skimpy on meats in sandwich. Italian sub had 2 pieces of pepperoni and ham, and steak and cheese sub was all bread and almost no meat. When I asked for a refund because I refused to pay $9.00 for a 6" piece of bread, the server refused to give me the refund. 2 subs I gave a $20.00 bill for and got $1.01 back in change! I made him add more steak at no charge. Need more variety in food court. 3 fast food chains is not enough! And they need to learn to speak better English. Was hard to understand what they were saying. A husband and wife were the servers and were speaking their language complaining about my complaints of their food. Bally's only good for gambling.

Brought my girlfriend, now fiancé there for her birthday and to propose. We picked this hotel so she could go swimming : the pool was closed without explanation. Couldn’t find anyone working there to ask why it was closed. Very disappointing trip

The highlight was Lorraine, the front desk guru! There were a couple of things that needed attention and she was quick to assist and resolve! Room was comfortable and clean, which is important to me. On the downside there wasn't even a complementary bottle of water in the room, which I found very odd for such a big conglomerate. I did have fun, however. Thank you for a nice stay!

The moment you enter, smoke, weed welcomes you, the restaurants are smelling smoke you can’t even enjoy the meal it’s terrible. I was sneezing throughout my stay and to be honest we wanted to leave the day we checked in, I can never go back again.
