So we get there ten minutes early and the lady that was working was rude and just brushed us off, then we use the kiosk to check in and it asks if we want to upgrade the room and tells us it will only be like $10 more then what we were quoted and then we get to the room and the fireplace don’t even work. Took pretty much all night to get the pilot light lit so we could enjoy the fireplace. Then when I check out I find out that the quote that the machine gave us was an additional $221 dollars on top of what I was already paying for a room that the only difference was the fireplace. This machine was not very informative on the upgrade and I would have asked the lady at the desk if she wasn’t so rude but now I’m stuck paying almost $448 for a room that wasn’t at all worth it, it didn’t even have a good view! Very frustrated and doubt I will stay there again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the ability for air circulation is not good. The wall unit faces another wall and does not put out any real air. There’s not a fan above bed or in room - it was extremely stuffy and hot- not comfortable to sleep. I hope this can be corrected before Summer that would be just miserable. Staff was friendly and we had a nice time over the weekend.

We called the property multiple times to confirm SEMI parking. When we got there they had no such thing. I asked to speak with the manager (who was clearly drunk when he answered) he said I can ask for a refund through Expedia. When Expedia requested the refund they didn’t even respond. This is a scam that this hotel is run in to get rooms double paid for. We paid for 2 night that we never got to use, and still had to find somewhere else to stay.
