The 1st room we were given smelled like dirty dog and poop. The room was very whethered. We asked for a second room and it wasn't much better. While it didn’t smell as bad as the other, it was worse. The bed has broken wood and nails sticking out. The sheets were dirty with hair and black streaks. The bathroom sink was missing a handle and the blow dryer was broken off the wall but nicely placed on the shelf. The front desk was closed and we had to go to another hotel and casino for assistance. We ask for a refund, but they did not oblige. We left and took the loss. 100% do not recommend.

We came in and checked in and when we were going to our room our room keys did not work. We had to go back down and reset our keys and staff called maintenance to see why our door wasn’t working. We tried the keys and still didn’t work and maintenance told us that they were going to bring us new keys and never did. We went to the Casino and went back to our room and went to the check in area to see if we can get room keys again and no one was there and had to walk all the way back to Horseshoe check in to get new room keys. Luckily they worked.

Who rents a room with no hot water?? Couldn’t get a hold of the manager when the front desk supposed sent maintenance whom never showed up! Bathtub was too small and the view was terrible!

Property was decently well kept. However rooms smelled musty, sheets itchy, bed uncomfortable, no hot water for shower, and a busted keurig (that i was charge for anyway). No staff to talk to until about 4pm, and housekeeping knocked on our door at 9, when check is not u til 11. For the pruce, i expected better than sub-par.
