Everything was great except the young girl working the pool hut allowing the locals to occupy the beach lounge chairs while my wife and daughter sat on the ground because the beach chairs are “first come first serve”.!!I only spent $11k for a room and $4k in the art gallery…. Why show me any respect or preference

Royal Sonesta has the most courteous resort staff I’ve ever encountered, hands down. Their in-room dining services are incredible and so quick, which is really great when you’re traveling with kids and everyone wants to do something different. The amenities are to die for, honestly I never want to leave when I stay here. The rooms are spotless upon checkin, upgraded with beautiful renovations, and have pretty much everything you’d need. Plus, the surrounding restaurants and businesses are also fantastic and so much is within walking distance. 10/10 resort, no complaints!

Beautiful grounds. Our kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Service was also very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are little tired and onsite food options were expensive for the quality of food, but that goes with the territory when staying at a resort. Overall, we would definitely return.

The room was very nice and clean. Loved the huge full sized closet and robes. We had an amazing view in Ocean preferred. The pool was never full and one could easily get a pool side lounge chair. The food was good. The grounds were lovely and there's a nice walk to the light house. The beach was very nice and the waves were small so one could easily swim. The resort is huge and had a really festive Christmas vibe.

This hotel was fantastic. Our view was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and parking was easy. Lots of amazing restaurants on the grounds. We definitely stay again.

The resort is beautiful and in a great location for the beach or walking around. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The key cards were bracelets which was so helpful for swimming and adventuring. I would recommend a room with an ocean view as the pool view is incredibly loud from dawn until after dark. And definitely plan on walking or driving a ways if youre not spending an arm and a leg for food/water.
