This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at with walkable areas to shops close by and restaurants of various local design available. They provided shuttle service free of charge to Disney and we were treated very well by all that we talked with. The room was great and the bed was like sleeping at home! The restaurant in the hotel was excellent with a great variety of food choices.

The remodel of the Knotts Hotel is nice and the staff was great. The room quality is average. The bathroom area is very small and the shower head is the very small kind that you would find in the 80s/early 90s. The room was not quiet as you can hear people in the room above flushing the toilet and noise from the hallway is very loud. There was also a very nice large TV in the room...too bad our remote control didn't work.
