If you want to feel like a second class guest, then book your hotel room via hotels.com (Expedia) and stay here. Our room wasn't ready at 9 pm when we arrived ( 1 bed missing) and we hardly got any service because "we booked our stay with Expedia". Only because my husband stayed strong, we ended up with the same king size bed and extra bed room option. Ridiculous! If you don't want Expedia bookings, don't offer it! The next day we wanted to use the outdoor pool area with the hot tubs (beautiful weather outside) only to find out that the outdoor area was closed down that morning for the season. Bummer! We used the indoor pool but that one is in dire need of remodeling. So, we won't return. We will gladly stay somewhere else, where they are happy about "Expedia" guests.
Hotel room was clean and roomy.
