The west tower only had one elevator working and it took forever to be able to access your room floor and go back and fourth between the amenities. Check out was especially challenging.

We only stayed 1 night out of the two we paid for because the food at the hotel was horrible, and the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable I literally got up and tried to sleep in the chair I couldn’t stand it. We ended up leaving after the 1st night. We will never be back. Then upon check out they don’t let you leave until they check the room like your gonna do something to it. I have never experienced that in any hotel ever, it was odd and uncomfortable. Save your money stay elsewhere. We will never stay or go there again, not worth it .

Our stay was okay. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice enough, so no complaints there. The elevators, however, were down… which made getting to and from our room frustrating. The pool is beautiful and the kids loved it, but it was packed and towels were basically a competitive sport. Food prices were eye-watering, and while parking is free (yay), it’s a few blocks away (less yay). And the pull-out couch mattress? Absolutely atrocious. I’ve slept on airport floors that were more supportive 👎

It was good. Our bedroom had a flat sheet,no fitted sheet or mattress protector on the bed which is super gross. And the pull out bed was very uncomfortable

Pool was freezing and absolutely chaos probably over 80 kids in there. They ran out of pool towels. Really loud overnight with skytrain and planes. No food options other than their buffet and room service.

We enjoyed the room, but wish there had been a bed instead of a pull out sofa. The staff were great. The biggest struggle were the elevators. There seemed to only be one working elevator this visit, which would be fine if the stairs were an option, but on the 5th floor you can only use the stairs in the eveng of an emergency. It meant a long time to wait for an elevator, which was usually full up.

The shower had amazing water pressure. Also really liked the shampoo and body wash.
