We booked two rooms and we all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly. Casino was a lot of fun and the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant was insanely delicious! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Did not stay for breakfast, but could not find much for dinner for a Celiac. I had fries (dedicated fryer) in the casino. It was quiet to sleep and very clean. It was easy to get to the airport.

I've stayed many times before at River Rock. This time I was put on the hotel side vs the casino side. I have stayed on the hotel side in the past but was never charged a resort fee. This time, not only was it not specified that I would be on the hotel side, I was still charged resort fee so I was surprised by that. The room was fine except we found out that the door would not lock behind us halfway through the stay. Even though management addressed this issue in a relatively prompt fashion and switched us to another room, there shouls never be a time when the lock is broken. Had we not checked, we could have been sleeping in a room with essentially the doors unlocked. In addition, since the hotel side has rooms that are more modern, it would beycj more convenient to have plugs on the bedside desk. Lastly, the ventilation was poor in my room. It was extremely hot on my side of the bed while my husband was freezing on his side of the bed as I kept turning down the temperature to cool the room which in fact cooled his side only. I did not sleep well at all throughout my stay since it was so hot. Overall, for all the times I have stayed at this hotel, this has been my most dissatisfied stay.
