The place is decent. I enjoyed the pool and slide area. There’s a lot decent places around to eat at. The area is quiet and relaxing. This would be my go to staycation places.

The hotel is just not up to standard. Check in was mediocre and provided confusion explanation. My brother and sister were stuck in the lift for 30 minutes but received no apology from the management. The casino security was just rude threatening me to ban me from entering into the casino for arguing why I was not allowing to go through the casino carrying couple of croissants. The hotel really needs to learn what is customer services.

This place is always so busy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the walk to parking is a bit of a journey, so once you park, any forgotten items stay forgotten LOL. The lobby is super busy most of the time due to the casino and live events. The $20/day resort fee was an unexpected unwated surprise.

Hotel is across the road from the casino. Check in was easy. Unloaded the car first since you have to drive down to the parking garage across the street for parking. Remember to have your ID on you if you want to shortcut walking back through the casino. The outside walk back is nice though and pretty. Wood plank treed walkway. Nice enclosed walkway between the hotel and casino at level 4. Grabbed a quick dinner to eat in the room after a day of traveling. Starbucks conveniently located in the casino entrance for a morning coffee before hitting the road again. Clean rooms. Very quiet location for being next to a train station and the low flying plane traffic above.
