Parking for one, needs improvement. It is very inconvebient for guests to park all the way to the casino parking area from the hotel specially if you have kids. 2nd, maybe the a lighter carpet color, stains and cleanliness cannot be seen on a dark carpet which makes it feel like its dirty. 3rd is the tv menu, atleast have a smart tv like an option to watch disney or netflix for the kids. I believe making the rooms more kids friendly would be good! Everything else was ok!

They could waive the resort fee that we were not told about. We checked in at 1am and had prepaid our room and were told the resort fee had to be paid. I asked what it was for and was told, parking, pool etc. I said I’m paying for valet parking and can I use the pool now. They said pool was closed and couldn’t waive. We will not stay at this place again as they buckle and dime you to death.

Always awesome. I’ve stayed here at least 50 times. Always early check in, always perfect clean rooms. Beds are the comfiest and the multitude of hotel dining options makes every stay different. I’ll be back in a few weeks for my birthday.

One night stay just for a quick reset…hotel room wa great, staff were great. Only thing is no complimentary toothbrush haha so had to go get one. I would stay again and plan to when there’s a show we can watch.
