Check in was great the pool was great as we went for my sons bday but the morning the pool was closed as the temperature was off was the excuse but we over heard staff saying they pool is closed so everyone checks out in time for the new years rush so that ruined our trip as it was my sons bday and all he wanted to do was swim and a owner of a pool company was there and he tested the pool and said there was nothing wrong with the temperature so it must have been a fabrication of a lie to close the pool down . Also the cleaner need to make sure alarms are tuned off in the room , ours went off at 5 am and 6 am so much for sleep !

So many kids! Didn’t realize that they hosted sports teams. Screaming kids, kids running up and down the halls at all hours. Bed was so soft and worn out killed our backs. Had to wait in the giant line to get into the casino to get food. Super handy for getting sky train

This was my second stay at this place, and it definitely won’t be my last. The check-in staff forgot to return my driver’s license (I also forgot to take it back) and didn’t explain the security deposit. Luckily, I noticed the charge and went back to ask, then they returned my license. The room we got this time wasn’t quite as good as last time. One of the lights didn’t work, so the room felt darker. The same issue with power outlets from my previous stay persisted. There are no outlets near the bed; they’re all near the TV. The outlet that flips open won’t fit my MacBook charger because the metal piece prevents it from going in. I really hope they add more outlets so guests can charge devices at the bedside.

Yes there was a notice about the pool temperature being much colder it was still disappointing to see my child wanting to stay and play but would make his lips turn blue/purple due to the coldness. Level 9 hotel (not casino side) carpet starting to come up in the middle of the walk way. Will cause tripping hazard.
