The room was excellent. Up graded to a suite. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Easy access to airport on the sky train. We did note that there was not much to do if you don’t want to use the casino. Some very nice (expensive) restaurants in the hotel. The food court is within the casino so no kids. Seems odd to me.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our room have been upgraded, which was a lovely. Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. A couple of minor areas that could use a little more attention would be the bathtub. Had some mould around the faucet and it would be nice to see the rooms touched up with paint and such to keep them looking their absolute best

Checked in, got a room "upgrade." Which was not the room we specifically booked (wrong view, beds etc) then went to the buffet which was $150 for 2 people and it was probably the worst buffet we have ever been to. Uncle Willys calibre but 3x the price. Then we're to the pool and hot tub, screaming kids everywhere, they had no towels so we had to walk back to the room soaking wet, then our cards got deactivated and had to walk back down to the casino floor in our banking suits to get them reactivated. Had a decent Casino night then decided we wanted to gamble a bit more, asked for a one hour late checkout and the person at the front desk didn't even look and just said no. We likely would have spent the equivalent of 5 more nights at that awful hotel on the casino floor, instead, we checked out early and went and ate/gambled elsewhere. A "resort" is a massive overstatement, it was motel level accommodations and service.
