Very bad start to our stay. Upon walking into our king bedroom suite in the casino tower, our 2 year old boy was the first to come across an old water bottle with tobacco spit sitting in it. We went down to reception to notify them of this and the staff was not helpful at all. They did not acknowledge the severity of what could have been had my 2 year old taken a sip out of the bottle. The fact that there was no care for what had just happened, and no resolution other than them saying they'll send housekeeping to pick up the bottle, this was very VERY disappointing. I hope management has some sort of resolution after reading this.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and it was our second time staying here because we loved it the first time! The hotel is very clean, and the service was quick whenever we needed something. We especially enjoyed the pool facilities — it was well-maintained, and the employee at the pool was very friendly and even handed out towels. We also loved how convenient the location was, especially with the hotel being connected to a train station, which made getting around so easy. Overall, the staff were great, and the entire facility was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!
