11floor bad carpet hall way,lamp switch broken 2 of them,fridge had bad oder,tv no list on menu what was on the channel,no phone plugs just electric outlet old style,chair broken back part got different one had to walk2.5 block back to hotel from parkin lot

Hotel is in a good location for overnight before or after a flight. However, signage from Skytrain station is poor and the escalator into the hotel is still out of order. Room itself is clean but tired and minor maintenance seems to be neglected- tv, bedside lamps not working. There is a lot of noise from the skytrain.

It is a generally seedy hotel. Cutting through the casino was like taking a stroll through a degenerate part of town. The hotel has super poor wifi and one bar of cell coverage. Outdated and shabby. The lounge beside the buffet could not be more devoid of personality and decor - it felt like we were having a drink in a cafeteria. The staff was very nice. The food at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant was delicious but is expensive and you are charged extra if you pay by credit card. I would NOT go back.
