The Staff were excellent however the room needed a lot of work. I actually took pictures of several areas that needed attention. Rusted bathroom fixtures (not just rust spots, lots of rust), light switches with lots of grime in the switch plates, hooks for towels hanging out of the wall and black dust in the bathroom overhead vent. This would be the type of thing you would expect in a $69 dollar a night hotel, not in this type of Hotel. I was in room 701 in the Columbia Tower.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed delicious bowl of French onion soup & steak bites at the restaurant Chop Steakhouse & bar. Great atmosphere but music a bit louder than we like.
