My room was on the ground floor and was a thoroughfare from one part of the building to another so it was noisy at all hours, with even staff cleaning after 8pm at night. The plumbing was very noisy, and we were woken up whenever the people above us flushed their toilet. The on-site restaurant is very good, and the hotel is close to amenities and the skytrain. Apart from the noise, the hotel was good. I would stay again, but would make sure that I received a better room.

The hotel smelled really musty and had a strong almost moldy odor walking through the halls. We have never smelled anything like this at a hotel before. We were concerned knowing we were supposed to stay for 5 nights. We got into the room and tried to push past the smell but shortly noticed a dirty pillow case. The pillow case was stained with dried blood. We immediately went to the desk and complained which the manager apologized and moved us to a penthouse room. Upon getting to the penthouse room we saw a huge spider on the ceiling and the shower had mold in it the shower and the room felt dirty. We didn’t want to stay in the hotel any longer and cancelled the rest of our stay and found a different hotel immediately.

enjoyed the stay here. nice and clean property. was able to find parking right away without issues. i felt safe and does not need to worry about my car in the property. staff are nice and well mannered. very professional with their job. I will definitely come back here.

Great water slide! Shuttle to airport was convenient. Safe in room malfunctioned with our passports inside ... staff came and retrieved the passports and reset it, but it still wasn't right and we couldn't use it.

My kids loved the water slide. When we. Checked in the room was dirty. I told the front desk and said we’d go get some food so it could be cleaned. When we returned 3 hours later it was still dirty. They offered us a different room. The room was pretty basic and didn’t have any modern features. It was just ok.
