Excellent value and price near airport with free shuttle. If cruising out of Vancouver, you can get great deals and take shuttle to airport and access skytrain to get to cruise port terminal for $4. Fast cheap and closer than taxi or Uber

The property is centrally located and near major roads. The shuttle service between the property and Vancouver is very helpful. There’s a convenient Denny’s next door. While our room and lobby area were clean, certain sections of the hallways needed to be tidied up timely.For example, a chip snack wrapper, an empty plastic drink receptacle and crumbs we found in the seating area in Provincial wing on the night we arrived were still there when we left. The hallways carpets needed cleaning (at least some vacuuming).

The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. Otherwise, the room was clean. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, stored my luggage for the day after check out. Free airport shuttle was convenient and ran on time

Generally good, no laundry facility

Hotel was clean and rooms and beds comfortable. Had some loud people nearby but not too bad. Website said laundry facility available but there was no laundry on site, only services to send out. If I had know that, would have stayed elsewhere. Hotel restaurant was good.

I was in older part of Hotel and utvis very outdated. Carpets in room looked dirty, mismatched furniture, no remote for TV. I have stayed here lots and never had badcreview until now. Service at the restaurant Chop was deplorable. Took 15 minutes before i was acknowledged and i was sitting right in front of the bar and it was not busy. Staff seemed more intetested in socializing with each than customer service. I will be looking for other hotels to stay for future trips.

I have a few big luggage. The staff seemed didn’t care. No one offered any assistance to my room. The room is out of maintenance in general, and AC is still not on and room is quite hot at night.
