I was very pleased to have stayed in the penthouse this time. It was a very lovely upgrade for my birthday. However, I do feel that the room had not been cleaned in quite a while. The sofas had a bit of stains and the shower was moldy. But all in all the room is very beautiful and the views are priceless..

Our room was about as far from front desk as it could be so a very long walk with luggage. Access to Denny's Restaurant out back door was inconvenient as no access to get back in building. Parking lot and sidewalks were very icy. Shuttle service was excellent both directions and great schedule

The property is ok, though definitely overpriced. They say that if you book the shuttle the night before, your spot is guaranteed, but this is not the case. There is no guarantee that they will get you to the airport. Lots of different food available within walking distance which is nice. Rooms are ok, clean ish but the bed was heavenly!
