No water in the room, no body picks call at reception, was given 4th floor facing road, so noisy. We were two people and the room didn’t even had 2 chairs so we can eat and sit together

Overall, it was ok. Problem was with the AC. Everytime it turned on or off, it made this crashing/banging noise. Reported it at check out and the front desk seemed to not care and did nothing to remedy the horrible night we had.

Convenient for late night travelers

This hotel has a very convenient airport shuttle and Denny's on property. The restaurant is open 24hrs/day so it is amazing for travelers arriving late. Hotel is needing due for an update as hallways and signage is lacking for the suites.
