The customer service of the hotel is great, I had booked the signature runway room which did not have a runway view. It was on the opposite side of the runway. This was one thing that threw me off because they advertise it as a signature runway room. Other than that, we were just there for one night and the reason was the room I booked- but it dint really add anything. I wanted my partner to experience the room that’s why I had booked it- but we did not see any planes. Other than that- everything was great!

Beautiful, convenient hotel at the airport. Lovely rooms!!!, beautiful hotel everywhere you look. Welcoming bar area with dinner menu and live music. Kind accommodating staff in adjoining diningroom. Eat an elegant dinner, or bar fare, and ALL good. Worth the price, absolutely.
