The hotel was disappointing. Two out of three elevators were not working throughout the stay. While speaking to other guests who were staying there from before we arrived, they mentioned that the hotel elevators has not been fully operational for at least 5 days. This caused a lot of issues for not just us, but for a lot of guests. We had to wait for the elevators for longer times and the stairs were not easily accessible from the main lobby either. All guests were cramped in the elevators because no one knew how long it would take for the it to come back. Their air conditioning in the room is not the best, but the second day, it completely stopped working. There is a tiny window which doesn't help much for air flow either. By the third day, it felt hotter to be indoors than being outdoors. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all because it seems that they do not take equipment maintenance seriously.

Just a quick overnight before getting on a cruise. Got in late, the shuttle was great. Check-in was smooth. Room was nice and clean. The King Size bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff saved me some money with great advice on transportation to the cruise ship.

The hotel is quite convenient if driving. The staffs are quite helpful. It was recently renovated but outside looks a little old. But inside including rooms are very nice.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Even though it was next to the airport we couldn't hear airplanes land or other guests. The decor was nice, but the pictures of the bathroom on their website are misleading. They show showers with shower doors. Our room had a shower tub and curtain. I went down to request a room with a shower like the pictures and was told ALL rooms with 2 queen beds had tubs and shower curtains. They said only the rooms with king beds had showers. Really! If that was the only issue, I would have give the property a higher rating. But when I got into bed the first night, the top sheet had a tear in it. I've never stayed at a hotel before where the sheets were torn. The next day housekeeping replaced them. During our stay housekeeping was great except for the last night, when they replaced all the towels. One of the new bath towels they left was stained with black dirt or grease. Disgusting! The coffee mugs were removed and not replaced. The coffee creamer and sugar disappeared. I'm guessing they have some great staff and possible some that should move onto different careers. The last issue was the elevators which are ancient. We arrived and 2 out the 3 were working. That seemed fine, except for the last day when only 1 was working. The wait for elevator that day was painful. With some additional updates, new housekeeping staff, and working elevators this property could be worth staying at.

It is great convenience that the rental car company is just besides the lobby. There are rare facilities near the hotel building so a car is necessary for your stay. Air conditioner didn't work and only got fixed on the third day of our stay.
