This property has been beautifully renovated—everything feels brand new. My room had a stunning view overlooking the marina, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, taking me less than five minutes to drive to the airport for my 7:30 AM flight. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. A great experience overall!

This is a good airport hotel option and it’s really nice to overlook the marina. Great gym! Unfortunately when I checked in, it seemed my room hadn’t been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over the carpet by the desk, like someone had dropped a muffin on the floor. Shuttle service is great. The lobby restaurant could use a little more ambience, but the food is good.

They provide a complimentary shuttle bus from and to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet corner, but it only takes us 15 minutes to walk to the outlet for shopping and 15 minutes to walk to the Richmond area for food and public transportation to Vancouver Downtown. The hotel is a good, cost-effective choice compared to other hotels at this level of standard. The room is super clean and good for staying. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

This is a great hotel if you just need a place to crash between flights. The airport shuttle was timely, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There didn’t seem to be many food options within walking distance, but we used UberEats since it was rainy anyways.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and overall had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning in our room was not cooling adequately, and we had to borrow fans to stay comfortable. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did affect our overall comfort during the stay. With a little improvement in the AC system, this hotel could easily match the 4-star standard it advertises.
