I was waiting at the airport for almost 1 hour to get on the shuttle bus. It should be every there every 30 minutes. I called the hotel ask what's happening. They had no explanation and apology.

Perfect location for one night before an early flight. Unfortunately no restaurant at the moment as reno's happening. Walked across the bridge for dinner. They have an airport shuttle included in the price and our flight was so early they gave us a taxi voucher

Great location as it is right next to the marina, so depending on what room you get, the view could be fantastic if you’re facing the marina side. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. The one downside is that there’s no restaurant or bars within the facility but looks like something is in the works. It’s a great hotel overall and will be even better next time once the restaurant is in place.

Location to Vancouver Airport was excellent. Dulce was friendly and efficient as she checked me in, checked my service dog credentials and provided local area interests. Hotel was extremely quiet given how close the airport was. Did not hear any other guests in the hallway. Beds were comfortable and provided a good nights rest.
