Our room was clean & quiet (surprisingly, we couldn’t hear traffic from the nearby roads). Staff were helpful and friendly. I have one suggestion to help travellers with the shuttle service and that would be to add a background colour to half the time schedule differentiating going to the airport from the hotel as opposed to returning from the airport. With one white sheet with lots of numbers it was easy to read each line and not catch the change in shuttles direction.

Hotel staff was superb! Kamal the housekeeping lady was very helpful, nice and professional on the first cleaning day. She provided with a smile whatever bathroom amenities we requested. She offered to empty garbage and wanted to make sure we were comfortable in the hotel. The only problem I had was the room ventilation which was quite noisy the whole stay and I spent two nights sleeping elsewhere cause the noise was waking me up on and off

I spent Christmas here with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help, which made us feel right at home during the holidays. Our room was spotless and very well cared for, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It made our stay relaxing and stress-free. The hotel created a warm, calm atmosphere that was perfect for spending quality time together as a family. We’re very grateful to the team for making our Christmas stay so special and memorable. Highly recommended.

We had to cancel our stay due to serious hygiene and service issues (waited about 50 minutes for the solution). We found hair on the bed and on the sink, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We contacted the hotel at 9:30 pm and were told a manager would assist and arrange a room change, but we waited over 10 minutes with no any response. Then we had to go to the lobby to talk to the manager. We were told to wait for a key for a new room but it was another long wait over half an hour. We were traveling with a child, and the lack of cleanliness and delayed response were especially concerning. The issue was not handled in a timely, and we ultimately had to cancel the reservation late at night. This was a very disappointing experience for a Radisson Blu property.

Property is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very nice and with modern amenities. I would ighky recomend this hotel. Great price compared to other properties of the same niche.
