I waited over 10 minutes in te Lobby for reception. I rang the bell and called for someone to come. No response. Another guest came in who also rang te bell, but still no one responded in any way. I have limited mobility and can't stand for long periods of time, so I went back to my car to call the hotel. Someone finally showed up, but I was too exhausted to check in so my daughter had to do it. The excellent ratings of service was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. Sorry to say they got it wrong this time.

the beds were hard, clean place, nice staff, noisy fridge, out side traffic-out side room typical i guess, and wood shutters lots of light in no curtains. shopping is in another area at least a mile or mile 1/2 took cab to go back and fourth to long to walk in heat.

Clean, small room. Needed to insert room key for ice maker to work which was slightly strange to me. Difficult to see since we arrived after dark, so I couldn’t get ice. Figured it out in morning.

It was ok for the price. The property seems like it’s had some renovations done to it recently. There were smaller issues that weren’t a huge issue. (Window screen detaching from frame letting bugs in, funky smell) It isn’t the prettiest location/room but we really just needed a place to sleep for the night. The breakfast was underwhelming. It is really just toast, coffee, and apples and bananas. They call it a to-go breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it did the job.

This stay was okay..Have been staying for a few months during the week with a whole lot of guys from a work crew working local. So spending ALOT at this hotel recently between like 9 men in 9 rooms monday -Friday! But this time I had 45.00 extra charge on a 80.00 room for 1 night because they said the toilet was broken... It was a screw that was missing for my entire stay. Even the week before and they tried to charge me for it. I fought it and they refunded the money but it's the point that they even tried to charge me for it...crazy... Maybe tell your maids who clean so well to report things that are broken before you have people, check into a broken room and then try to charge them for it..
