The most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to Sheets came with blood stains 3 days in a row Smoking area disgusting had go smoke at the airport smoking area as it didn’t get cleaned at all in the 6 days I was there Pool area full of ants cups cutlery everything just stays nothing gets taken away Rooftop bar advertised was closed the whole 6 days Buffet breakfast eggs was cold roasted veges were all cold Complained to management they gave me a complimentary breakfast thankfully I hadn’t paid for full breakfast for the 6 days The only good thing was the dinner menu

Everything was lovely, thank you. Had to report a leak during the rainstorm. The carpet inside the window was soaking wet. - they gave me towels for the floor & would see to it in the morning. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Just an overnight transit stay, so did not experience any of the food, although being vegan there were very few options. I love the beds at Rydges. I prefer a softer bed and these are always very comfortable. Too many places i go these days have very firm beds, so i rarely sleep well. These beds are awesome! Lovely service as well, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately that day we were told because of a technical problem the bistro was not available. &also staff that day were very helpful27th. different staff the day we left 28th were . not at all as it was pouring rain( and we are 80years old we found it very daunting try to struggle with our checkout & 3 heavy cases. They told us they couldn’t help. Our was 229.
