This three bedroom, two bath residence is located in the Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar and is conveniently located for quick and easy access to skiing and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The home is fully updated with mountain modern finishes throughout. Enjoy the back deck with private hot tub nestled into a serene forested open space setting.

Winter Vacation

Wonderful place for my family of 5 (plus 1 dog) to experience a winter vacation. Great location and the place has all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a small issue with the fireplace that was addressed quickly and effectively.

Perfect Northstar Location

This cabin is in a perfect location for quick access to Northstar. You are only a couple of blocks away and a shuttle goes by often for drop off / pick up. The cabin itself is very cute, well appointed and the kids loved the hot tub. Perfect for our family + furry family members. We will absolutely be back again!

Great little cabin

It's not a big cabin (around 1100 SQ ft I think is stated in the description) but it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All of the spaces are updated, the floor plan works well for the space, nice tile floor that looks like wood planks and thick carpet in the bedroom areas. The carpets and windows felt older and could be updated along with the washer/dryer and vents. We had a crawling baby with us and wiped down all the spaces he might get into and generally pretty clean! The vent and under the kitchen cabinets were not as clean (dusty not food mess) but generally that wouldn't have bothered most others. We chose it for the access to the npoa recreation center and really enjoyed our time there (it's 8 dollars for guest access now, not 5, but still well worth it for us). It's also walking distance to the village, we had the baby and stroller so we didn't do it much given the lack of sidewalks (90+ deg weather too), but others could easily do so in the summer while walking on the roads in the day time. We had a rare bear come through the front dining room window! Scary at 3am at night. We could tell it had to be the first time that happened to this cabin given how old the windows were - the property manager handled it really well and gave us a few fair options. We ended up leaving the property, but would definitely book with the property group again the future.

Great Ski House!

We booked this house because it accepted dogs and was on the shuttle route. Everything worked out great! The house was clean and well stocked for five adults. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for people who needed to work and any small issues we had in our nine day stay were addressed quickly. The plows and snow blowers were quick during the blizzard. The only thing we could have used was more snow shovels, but it’s not every day you get 3+ feet of powder so we just took turns. I highly recommend this place and Tahoe Vacation Rentals

Summer Family Vacation

Great location with access to Northstar recreation center (pool, fitness, etc.). House is clean and updated. Dog friendly. House is smaller than we thought it would be. Overall great experience and recommend for a summer vacation. Thank you.

Wonderful and cozy stay near all the Northstar amenities

This is a great cozy and clean place right in the heart of Northstar with all the amenities you need for a weekend or a whole season. We stayed here for three weeks and had a great time. Situated about halfway between Truckee and Lake Tahoe, you've also got access to the Northstar pool and activity area for a small daily use fee. The kitchen, deck space, and hot tub are especially nice.
