Theater District beach accommodation

Great hotel!! Staff was amazing! I had a corner room with a fabulous view of Times Square. I flew in from Louisiana and wasn’t accustomed to the chilly temperatures. I called the front desk to inquire about the heater in my room and was told it wasn’t on due to it not being winter but they immediately offered to bring me two extra comforters that were perfect. Also, there’s no microwave nor refrigerator in the room. You can’t bring leftovers from dining into your room to store or warm up later. Overall, you’re walking distance to all the hot spots in New York. I did get a Lyft to visit the 911 Memorial and I got one for Top of the Rock only because I didn’t want to walk in the rain but I walked back. The hotel is beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Feels quite old, but it’s overall ok. The front desk and staff are amazing, but there isn’t enough people to get the phone when you call guest services.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Bfast area was excellent and also offered a Happy hour at the bar, a very nice surprise. Great sitting areas to enjoy those free cocktails. Will def return for the price/convenience and all of the above.

Absolutely amazing stay from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and the bar area were both great, and the overall atmosphere made the experience feel relaxing and luxurious. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting!

Adrian looked after us at checkin and he was excellent. Ask for room away from stairwell door which bangs loudly. Otherwise, an excellent stay at a lovely reasonably-priced hotel in Manhattan. Great location too.
