When arrived confused at first didnt know where to go as there were no signs. First night room was not cleaned, called operator no answer, and had to ask for fresh towels, after that housekeeping was no issue. Love the fact that you need your key to use elevator to your room and there is someone ALWAYS there to assist, 100% safe! Another negative is hardly any storage. Thought all fees were paid for (resort fees added at end of stay) Other than that staff was lovely, nice and friendly.

The stay was wonderful, but some of the staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. Was a bit rude and sarcastic. But my wife and I had a wonderful time and will be returning.
