check in 3pm. At 6pm called front desk to be switched to another room because room next door we noisy and banging things around. Front desk clerk Micky said I had already switched rooms from 306 to 308 and not allowed to switch again. I explained NO I have not switched rooms. He insisted YES I had. (calling me a liar) that was very disturbing to me and POOR, POOR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I was locked out of my room with my dog because the key card didn't work. I asked the front desk about the difficulty the night I checked in. They said no just give it a minute. The next morning it was so annoying and wouldn't work. The front desk told me it was a quick fix but no it wasn't. We were locked out for an hour! They just said sorry but no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. Not the best customer service. The stay itself was fine after the card worked.
