The staff was remarkable. It was Christmas and they did an excellent job in trying to make the guests happy. There were some guest that where mean and nasty to them and they handled them with so much professionalism. They did deserve to be treated like that. House keeping was awesome. The manager went out of her way to make sure her guest and employees were happy. Hope they all have a wonderful new year
