This was a great hotel to stay at while attending a concert at Shoreline in Mountain View. The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant and coffee shop were great. The only thing I would call out is that there is very little privacy in the room bathroom. The bathroom is enclosed by fogged glass with a barn style door. So if you are traveling with others, just keep in mind you can hear every single thing that happens in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, but just want to give a heads up to those traveling with a partner or friends :)

Everything felt very clean and it was a chic hotel. There's a coffee shop, bar and a restaurant on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. They give you a small glass of wine at check in, which is a nice touch. Parking is gated and free -definitely had peace of mind leaving our car overnight. The beds were on the softer side but still very comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean and they have a dyson hairdryer! Would definitely stay here again!

I spent alot of money for VIP concert tickets to a loss of the entire VIP experience due to a slow check in process. Was given an ADA room where the shower leaked water everywhere. The fan did not work. Horrible experience.
