I felt like this place needs to either get new ownership ,people that will actually help or condemned. This is a druggy heaven . I don't think a single person checked in but myself and a couple that were elderly were there to sleep.

The staff were amazing. So nice. No kettle for boiling water here, so...order a travel one from Amazon if you need your tea, coffee, instant soup etc :) I changed rooms, the upgraded ones are much better. Less "dive motelish"

Check in was laborious. There was so much paperwork. We got in late and just wanted to go to sleep. After all that paperwork, I was frustrated. The bathroom was big, but the shower was disappointing. The curtains couldn't keep the water in and so the water went everywhere. The television had two good channels, even though it was DISH.

This was the worst hospitality I’ve experienced. There’s barely any wifi. I have to STAND near the toilet sink just to have one bar of the 3 on the wifi signal and that’s ONLY to send texts. AT&T mobile services is poor in this area so I can’t use mobile data. Complained to front desk and she hung up on me rudely! There’s barely staff at the front desk whenever I go there. I have to renew my key EACH time I step out and wait for at least 10-15minutes in the cold before a staff comes out from “lunch break” at 9:20pm!! Just horrible!

The room was dirty and had paint buckets and paintbrushes in the room. The tub had a huge stain on it; also, the entry point light did not work, and the bathroom exhaust did not function right. My next-door couple was banging on the wall and making noise until very late at night last night. I mentioned all of this to the front desk, but they just charged me in full, with no immediate consideration to the matter. They said they will review my input. I was in my room, still moving out (as check out is at 11 Am. Someone was trying to open my room at before 9 am, saying this room has been rented to him LOL, the room was not even clean yet; with my bed used and me gone, he came in. Just a disaster this time... The internet was not functioning this week at all.

The room was very clean, heat/AC was excellent, the desk managers were very helpful when I needed to check in early. Hobee's and Denny's were both right next door so it was easy to grab something to eat or drink when necessary. Well done!!!
