The location of the house is amazing, and it's bigger than I was expecting, given the proximity to the beach. It's a minute walk to the sand, and you can sit on the porch and watch the waves. The back patio was also spacious for a bbq and hanging out. It's a short, maybe 10 minute, walk on the beach to the main town square area. Overall, a great place for us and our kids for the weekend; would recommend and will hopefully be back!

This cottage has a large deck with fire gas lit pit in the back yard.Large front porch with seating. Great flow with modern kitchen.Clean and homey. The host was excellent answering questions. Only has one beautiful large bathroom. It is worth staying here. Stocked with beach toys, and games, TV.

We love s the location. It had good amenities. Really liked that there were plenty of beach chairs. Quiet. The rooms are small but reasonable. I might consider putting a queen bed in the first bedroom on left. Easy parking

The house's proximity to the beach is great! Just a short walk out the front door. The house was sufficient, but we ran into an issue of the house was not cleaned/prepped before we arrived. The phone number for the host was inaccurate, but we were able to get ahold of her through the App. She apologized, got the cleaners there, and offered a 100 credit, so we were fine. However, a slight inconvenience and lots of piled up laundry. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of odds and ends. Being that is is right next to the beach, it's hard to keep sand out.

The interior of the cottage is clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. This is our second stay here. Located close to the beach, just two houses in, you can walk right out to the beach, and fly a kite! The restaurants and little market are easily walkable. It's just adorable!

We had a fantastic visit. This place is so close to the water, to town, and so wonderfully well-stocked. Beach umbrella, chairs, full kitchen, the works. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Best Beach House in Stinson!

This little Beach house is so close to the ocean, it's perfectly appointed, and located. Everything in the house is stylish, and feels and looks new. The house had everything we needed to cook a meal, and was dog friendly. Easy to keep tidy. Close walking distance to the cute little Market, that has everything you can think of, that you forgot to bring. Easy beach walk to the eateries. There's a front porch to enjoy the ocean from, and a private back deck with lovely furniture to gather round. We sat on the beach, in the supplied beach chairs and toasted to the sunset. Beautiful place, beautiful location.

Such a gem

We love this house and it is in a great location. 2 things that I would note that did not ruin our trip, but we would've planned around: 1. there aren't actually dishes/silverware, etc for children- just an inconvenience but not a deal breaker, and 2. The fire pit does not work. It did not work when we first rented this house a few years ago and clearly has not been repaired, so that threw off the plans for s'mores for the kids. Overall, the location and ease of the house makes it a win.
