Located near Bugis/Esplanade MRT. Walkable to Bugis Street & Suntec City.. There is a 7E, smoking area & bus stand just in front of the property, super convenient! Room is clean but need to be refurbished, good for short stay.

The location and hotel is good for the purpose of our trip. Close to many tourist spots and affordable ride to many destinations via grab app. Many shops and food places walking distance. Staff are super friendly and gives good information when we ask for recommendations.

For the price, this hotel is a joke. The walls are paper thin. You hear EVERYTHING the neighbours say. They blame the eco-friendliness of the structure but it seems a lot more like poorly built. We had the power coming on and off during the night, with the emergency light turning on every time and flashing. I had to call reception at 3am only to be told it is normal. The aircon is horrendous and in serious need of care. The mould is everywhere. The staff is nice but doesn’t speak English. In short, run away

Actually the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stayed here for about 5 days with my partner. We opted for the windowless room with 2 beds thinking it would be a nice, decent place for us to rest our heads at night, but it was just an awful experience and we tried to stay in our room for as little time as possible. Maybe it’s just our room and the other rooms are fine, but it baffles me that this is considered a 3 star hotel instead of 1. There was a lot of dirt (probably mold) on the ceiling and bathroom sink. Wallpapers were peeling in many spots and it was dusty in so many places. The room is extremely humid, causing the sheets and all of the clothes in our luggage to be very damp. This also causes an awful smell in the room. Shower door doesn’t open properly (had to shove it really hard to open). There are tons of negative reviews on the awful sound insulation and they are absolutely right. I could hear it when my neighbor peed or turned on the light switch. We were also right next to an elevator and the sound from the hallway and our neighbors would keep us up all night. The staff isn’t helpful at all when you bring this to their attention. I never write reviews but wanted to warn travelers and urge you to read the rest of the negative reviewers thoroughly before booking. The hotel needs to redesign their rooms, find a solution for better sound insulation, and clean up the issues that the humidity caused. Would never stay here again.

What to look out for..

1. Not complete privacy for the bathroom. Glass door only. 2. Towels are not that nice. 3. They do not provide adaptors for the outlets. Only 2 outlets were compatible with our chargers. PRO: Staff were all kind and accommodating.

The building is older than expected (old hotel changed into new management). The staffs are not well mannered (on the job training kind). Location is only the good part, but not worth at all.
