The room was small and had all basic stuff. The hot water didn’t last very long for one person (from hot to warm). The staffs were very nice. I really liked the location - convenient and easy to go anywhere

It may be an Ibis budget but facilities and customer service were excellent. From checking in to leaving, reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. My room as expected was small but perfectly adequate as a base, as this hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a solo female traveller, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Parfait et bien situé !

Tout était parfait et conforme à la description sur le site de réservation. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et dévoué. La literie était confortable et d'excellente qualité. J'ai bien apprécié le distributeur à eau gratuit. Bouilloire avec sachets de café et thé, très bien. L'hôtel est situé près de tout. Je recommande sans hésiter etvj'y retournerais.

Clean and efficient room. Mine did not have a window, I didn't mind that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Bugis MRT station is very convenient. Bus stops are even closer. Plenty of shopping and dining options in Bugis Junction, Suntec City, Marina Square, to name a few. Only a few minutes bus ride to Chinatown, Maxwell Food Center.

AVOID!!! BED BUGS!! Showed them photos of the bugs behind the bed head. Asked for a refund as we were not going to stay. They would not refund. Checked into another hotel. Very rude. Very dirty. Very uncooperative.
