The room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Honestly, there was nothing not to like. We had a quiet nights rest and got up and enjoyed a great day in Monterey. We will see you again soon. Thank you.

Not clean, the bathroom floor was dirty with hair and fuzzies, the bed was awful not able To sleep well y can fill the metal ring from the mattress, the “bedspred” feel like and outdoor floor mat hard hugely and smelly the room smell, this place really need a overhaul like immediately

Our door card reader died. We were locked out of our room for an hour to wait for maintenance. Then we couldnt leave because if the door closed we would be locked out again. Also, the rooms look no where near as nice as the online pictures.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the exceptional staff who were helpful throughout my visit. While the building is older and showing its age, it is clearly well-maintained. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy downtown without the headache of traffic and noise. However, be aware that the walls are quite thin. My room had a connecting door, and I could unfortunately hear everything happening in the adjacent room at night. Great spot, but light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
