Pros:The property is located in a desirable neighborhood close to downtown Los Gatos, a beautiful and upscale neighborhood just off the highway 9. The host(s) were friendly and allowed early check-in.The property allows dog(s), and I was able to bring my 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that are well-behaved and trained. Karen enjoyed meeting my dogs.CONS:The photos are a fake story. In Reality, the grounds are not well kept & property overall needs updating. It is easy to slide down the stairs to enter the property because there is a lot of brush debris. Not kid, elderly or disabled friendly property.It smells of must, possibly a black mold smell. The smell is strong and hits your senses immediately upon opening the door. I opened the windows to air the place out, but it returns fiercely when the windows are shut. I would NOT recommend this place if you have allergies to dust, mold or pollen. It is NOT a clean place to stay. It's extremely dusty, ant and bug traps all around the interior of unit. Dirty windows and window sills. I was informed by Host Humphrey that I will receive a cleaning refund. He NEVER refunded. Bad Business! The tub was filthy like it had not been cleaned in months. The toilet had personal body hair on the edge of the toilet rim. I didn't sit down on the toilet and wore slippers around the house. I had to WASH THE TUB AND TOILET MYSELF. I wore slippers in the shower because it was too gross to put my feet in the tub.
