Most staff members were unwelcoming and very abrasive. It felt like I was bothering them when i asked a question. Since this was my first time staying and visiting the place, I wanted to have a good experience. It was the opposite. No good energy or vibe. Felt like they were forced to work there.

Reasonably sized room but more basic than expected and a view of the car park wall. No coffee or tea facility in the room and broken hair drier. Staff need better training on customer care and what facilities the resort offers.

We came with our kids to have some quiet pool time before our daughter’s surgery in SB the next morning. Upon arrival they informed us that not only are 21 and under not allowed at the pool, they’re not allowed anywhere on property aside from the lobby and outdoors access to a sports bar. So our kids were confined to the hotel room. This is in the fine print at the bottom of the email confirmation for the room, so hard to find and where no one reads. Such a waste of money, I wish we never stayed here. Not to mention - we looked at the pool and not only was the pool bar closed, not a soul was in there. Zero stars, felt deceived.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing room, amazing dinner at The Willow, but the casino has low payouts on slots and other machines. All the roulette tables were always full, hard to get a spot. Otherwise the hotel is nice, the casino is mid.

The resort is very clean and nice. Construction is going on next to the pool and the noise was deafening. Pool is ice cold. However the two other jacuzzi’s were just fine. Pool bar and food service at the pool is only Wednesday to Sunday. That’s a negative. Before you walk in there’s a large selection of Cutwater drinks. Food options were nice. The sports bar is a great place to watch the game. I definitely will be back.

Everything in our stay was great. The front desk girl that checked us in was nice but I wished that she would tells us a little about the hotel. She knew it was our first time there and she did not informed us anything about it. I had to asked a housekeeping lady who was super nice where the casino was located. She gave us more information about the food options, swimming pool etc. SHE BASICALLY DID THE FRONT DESK job.
