I will start with saying the staff went above the expected service. They were accommodating, helpful, and extremely welcoming. The room was very basic, but clean and has everything we needed for a one night stay.

Didn’t sleep at all. Outside lights were blasting through bedroom window all night. Upstairs apartment where someone lives full time kept making noise late at night that traveled down through the wall. Management pushed back ALOT on complaints, even said we should have told staff about the lights not turning off. Keep in mind staff left at 10pm. Marriott has hotels for half what this one went for that are much nicer, you do not receive the value for what they charge.
