The shower floor was clean but very poor tile without shower rack or drain tub. The towel rack was dusty. I knew this may happen to a motel during the holiday peak.

Room was clean, staff was good. The only thing is one of them room did have a stench of sewer at the beginning, and the toilet lid was broken looked like they tried to glue it back together. Other than that everything was ok for one night.

Staff was overall friendly. Our tv would not connect to the installed apps (Netflix and YouTube) and we called the office they informed us we didn’t have smart tv’s and they were not designed to run those apps… even though the apps were installed already in the TV… made no sense. We didn’t spend too much time in our room anyway but it’s nice to wind down with a movie before bed on vacation.

Clean, very affordable, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, short drive to Solvang and Chumash, huge tub in bathroom, great for soaking after a long day. Only negative was the volume control didn't work on the tv remote.

Your staff were excellent and helpful, our room wasn't ready at 4 pm and was offered another room, this room hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile, urine on the toilet, pubic hair on the floor and toilet, floors were not cleaned. I wanted to get another hotel however that wasn't achieved unfortunately very busy weekend. I have never in my motels/ hotel experience this and was offered another cleaner room. Very dreary not comfortable, you should be ashamed of yourself. The walls are paper thin and was distributed by the people and there dog next room to us. I can honestly say I would sleep outside before ever getting a room at motel ever again. I have had many class of motels and you get the prize for worst. Sincerely Kathy McElheny
