The King Frederik Inn is my favorite place to stay in Solvang. Karen (at the front desk during my stay) was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Inn provides discounts to local businesses, including the wine they carry onsite - Koehler Wines. The discount allowed me to discover this excellent winery and tasting room! All in all, a great place to stay in a wonderful area that includes unexpected perks! I highly recommend and will be back again!

Very good value for a stay in Solvang. Well maintained older property in center of town. Great off street parking is a plus in Solvang. You can leave your car there and wander around the whole downtown.
