Seems to be in decline

This was our second time staying here (first was two years ago). The property has definitely declined in terms of maintenance and cleanliness over the last two years. And the walls are unbelievably thin. If you stay here, pray you don’t have noisy neighbors!

The property used to be nicer when it was the Kimpton. Hilton could step it up a little and have more access to water since they’re charging for bottles in the room. Being pet friendly makes it nice.

Very nice & comfortable especially at the reasonable price. Great bar/lounge area & service. Only complaint is the $20 parking fee for self parking given the ample open parking lot on site.

Only ok- went downhill since first stay

This was the second time we stayed here and it was not nearly as good. The beds are comfy, pillows are good, window shades do their job. But the air conditioning is terrible. It was so so hot. The hotel prevents the thermostat from going below 68, but it was not 68 in the room. It got hotter and hotter at night- my husband thinks the motion sensor in the room turns it off when there isn't movement. The faucet and handles in the bathroom sink were in need of replacement- they were totally corroded and looked gross. The hotel rooms need some improvements. Lobby area and restaurant are good, service in restaurant could be quicker.

It was mostly good, there was a bug in the bathroom. The restaurant downstairs served me paper from the tomato, like the sticker from the store, but it wasn’t that bad.
