We stayed on the night of 12/23 and unfortunately left some toiletries behind. We called the front desk the morning of 12/25 at 8:56 a.m. to check the Lost and Found. The receptionist immediately told us the items were probably not there because housekeeping had already serviced the room. When we asked what their policy is for items left behind, whether they are kept, discarded, or given to housekeeping, she responded dismissively and said she would “go check if that makes you happy.” The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked basic customer service.

Room was very good but hallway construction was challenging. One morning we could not exit our room and were delayed getting out for over an hour. The management comped us but it was a little scary since my spouse is wheelchair bound.

There was no Lobby as I was expecting - only two chairs were provided in the so called lobby. The breakfast was entirely poor only Muffins and coffee. There was no coffee or tea machine in the room. There were no curtsy water bottle in the room. Bed was old and uncomfortable. I paid more than 180 dollars in total. It was not worth to pay such an amount. I will never stay with this hotel in future. Bette to pay a bit more and stay comfortably.

parking was fine, check in fine. there was NO Coffee Pot or Tea in the room. For a $270 per night room, where is the coffee pot? Don't be so cheap. Also the Elevator was slow, there was no pool, no jacquzzi, no weight room. The bedspread was Military issue, thin and unimpressive. No Shampoo or Condiitioner in the shower. Not. what I expected for Santa Barbara. And the "Breakfast Included", pathetic, lobby snack stand with packaged oatmeal and costco muffins. so sad. That was NOT breakfast, that was deceitful.
